Public Hearing - Proposed Development

Council of the Town of Watson Lake is currently in the process of reviewing a Conditional Use Application for Lot 13, Plan 21366, Watson Lake (104-106, 9th Street North).

The purpose of the application is to subdivide a portion of the lot and develop a multi-unit town home complex for sale or rent.

A copy of the application can be viewed in the Town Office between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, inclusive.

Council has established Tuesday, May 17th, 2022, as the date to hear and consider all verbal and written submissions relating to the proposed development. The hearing shall take place on the date established above at 6:00pm at the Town Council Chambers. The deadline for the receipt of written submissions is Thursday, May 12th, 2022, at 4:00pm.
