The Official Community Plan (OCP) is a long-term policy document developed by the Town of Watson Lake in consultation with residents, businesses, and stakeholders. It outlines how land will be used, how infrastructure and services will expand, and how the community's character and environment will be preserved. Guided by community input and legislative requirements, the OCP guides Council in making informed decisions about development, zoning, and future growth.
