Prescribed Fires in Watson Lake and Upper Liard Areas

Please be aware that Wildland Fire Management has prescribed fires planned in the Watson Lake and Upper Liard areas. These fires may begin as early as May 8th and happen throughout May and into early June as conditions allow for safe burning. The purpose of all these prescribed burns is removing dried, matted grass from roadsides and recreational areas.
