The Town of Watson Lake has received an application for a variance. The variance application is being considered by the Board of Variance, as per Zoning Bylaw 2021-11. The purpose of this notice is to provide the information necessary to engage in this public process.
PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION

WHERE: Town Hall Council Chambers – 710 Adela Trail, Watson Lake
WRITTEN COMMENTS:
Members of the public can provide comments in writing in advance of the meeting. Comments can be submitted by emailing cdo@watsonlake.ca or dropped off in person at the Town Office, located at 710 Adela Trail, Watson Lake. Written comments must be received by Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 4:30pm to be considered.
VARIANCE PROPOSAL:
Application submitted by Garry and Angela Miller
Property located at Lot 7, Block 15, Watson Lake (254 Wye Drive)
The purpose of the variance application is to request the approval of the Board of Variance to allow for the development of a garage on an old cement footprint and the installation of a shipping container on an old cement footprint.
