Budget:
The Municipal Act states that each municipality must prepare an annual capital expenditure budget and an annual operations budget which must be adopted by way of bylaw. To prepare for this process Council conducts an extensive review of past and projected expenditures and holds a public forum to present the draft bylaws for public feedback and input prior to adoption.
